We go to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality.

For custom orders, please make sure all personalization is correct and without errors. We are not responsible for incorrect sizes, names, or words. We are sorry but once an order has been personalized, it can only be returned for our errors or defects in workmanship. We will immediately repair your item(s) and make it right. All we ask is that you notify our customer service dept. at 1-866-637-2600 or 404-366-2600 before returning any goods to ensure that your return is handled quickly and accurately.

All claims for refund or return must be made in writing detailing reason for refund within 15 days of receiving your order. No claims will be accepted after 15 days.

Cancellations are subject to 25% restocking fee. Orders must be cancelled by 6:00 pm Eastern Time of the same day of order being placed. To insure that your change is received, please send an email to info@stovalltshirts.com or call our customer service department 1-866-637-2600 or 404-366-2600. Request for changes will be accommodated when possible and may involve an additional fee.
